Clanbase C&A Whine

I had two accounts, on clanbase, when I got banned, one of them was banned for 6 months and the other for 12 (should've been both 6).

I've sent two emails now and there was a long distance between, and I've been patient, but no response and it doesn't look like it's changing.

Lazy. How do I sort this out?
