Cleaning MX518 Mouse

Is there anything you can do to clean the mouse properly?
I once took my MX510 apart and the scroll got broke (lost a spring)
Maybe there's a tutorial somewhere?

I have used this mx510 and never cleaned it inside or something like that ;o Only outside sometimes :]

I think my mouse is like so awesome I cum all over it each night. however, it's getting sticky now :<
