Question - help pleawkz

I have this file (see pic below) who i think might be responsible for some weird behavior (my sensitivity beeing fked mainly)...

The google "term" for this file when i scan some forums is that this file is created when et "think" ur game crashed... when et "think" ur game crashed it creates this file... its purpose is to reset some settings to default for some odd reason...

so my question is this...

why the fk does it get created?

and how do i stop it from getting created?

retarded replies to a minimum please...

get an autoexec.cfg so #care if ur settings reset

i have an autoexec.. this file overwrites it

delete evrything in all etconfig files in all mods + that file
and then do autoexec btw evrything that is not in autoexec
et picks for you.

I have only in my map ET pro - profiles the following thing:
A map with the name. That name comes from when you installed ET and you had to fill in some stats, like your name, your connection (ADSL, ...)

In that map I can find my config, and then a 'DAT'-file, called (also) servercache

So I think you can delete the file of 'profile' & 'profile.pid'
