DNS Host

I have a DNS Host with www.no-ip.org ( http://hex4.no-ip.info:8080 ) and before i installed the router it used to work properly.

I have a router (not wireless) and 2 pc's connected with it. The No-ip Software is saying that the DNS is updated successfully and infact the IP is the same as my ip address...

any help plz?

The no-ip.org stuff tries to connect to your IP and software installed on the PC (web server/game server/whatever). When there was no router, it connected to your computer using specified port and everything was fine. Now it connects to the router and the router doesn't know which computer has the needed data.

I am not that good @ router configuration (I've never done that). Try to find more info @ google or ask other people. cutty has a point with that dyndns I think.

does your router have dyndns installed? works even with my cheap dlink.

in the dynamic DNS list there are:

DynDNS.org (Dynamic)
DynDNS.org (Custon)
TZO.com
dhs.org
