what teh hell

What the hell is with r_picmip command, why can't i set it as i wish (1-5) ? Serious answers please.

r_picmip controls the quality of the textures in the game. It is limited to 0-3 values in the most configs.

0 = high quality
5 = hello Rivatunah!
