server connection timed out

since i have my new cfg and i try to connect it says "server connection timed out" although the server isnt down or smth..
When i try at pubs i have to try it a few times more and after 5 times or smth it connects.. but at priv server it nerver connects...

If your bandwitdh meter is full you get put on 64k modem which have thos troubles on ET (nearly no problems in 3vs3 tho)
