Changing ctrl alt delete setting

Those other two journals just reminded me of this, I installed that progamme that yawn needs to run of who's name i can't remember and it told me i needed to enter something in cmd promt because i have 64x windows, anyway the problem, when i press ctrl alt delete it brings me to the "Lock Computer" "Log Off" I want it to just bring up task manager..

How do i change it?

mines faster n stuffs and probably has less miles on the clock,

My dad manage to reverse mine into something, smashed all the back light in.

mine was just paint dmg nothing broke or anything had to blow off to before they came back and seen it ^^ Yes probably is faster! y u not on irc?
