A clammy cloth or glass cleaner (make sure it's alcohol- and ammonia-free). Spray the stuff on the cloth, not on the LCD.

some random glass cleaner... or you can buy special LCD cleaner (more expensive)

nah dont use water.....

just take a toilet paper and clean the screen if you dont have
a special cream for LCD monitor, this cream is cleans the screen very good its specialy for LCD screen but i dont remember how it calls try to search in some comp stores...

toilet paper can scratch the surface, better take a soft cloth (microfiber)

but the way i clean the monitor is matlit laha and then toilet paper to dry out the monitor :) its kinda cool but spray is better for sure :)
