Which is best? I've got a toggle for 90, 100 and 110.

Also crosshair? I'm using a small Cyan dot at the moment because I'm that cool. :>

im using 110 fov and drawcrosshair 2 .. colours of crosshair are both cyan =)
but i got fov script .. between 90 and 110

thats a pretty good script but i also have a script which whenever you get a kill it plays the final fantasy music and whenever you use sprint it played the benny hill theme song

which is best . . .lol . . . depends on ur style of playin´, ur r_mode and so on.

i use r_mode 6, cg_fov 95 and the dot in cg_crosshairsize 46.

for years now :/

cyan dot as crosshair, normal size
and sometimes i'm changing my fov from 107 to 95 (mostly on radar or other long range maps or sometimes just because i am bored of 107 :p) but in general i use 107 oWnLy
