Call of Duty 2 Noob

How the hell do I play my CoD2 demos? I clearly have no idea how and any help would be great.

Sorry for my noobness :<

EDIT: Didn't explain it correctly, I meant where do I put the demo files in able to play them? :P

Put demos in demo map = \main\demos
Console
type /demo
then type the first letters of demo and then do TAB.
