Vista problem ( » There is already a journal with that title and/or that body)

I got a strange problem, when I connect on ETTV, my fps are about 125 (with cg_drawfps 1), but it feels like having 20-30fps and its shaking all the time, almost diashow.

Is there any advice you can give me like putting some mighty commands into my config to make the game smooth again?

Im sitting in front of my vista core2duo laptop btw.

A CFG file which is over 16kb can cause shakes and annoying stuffs.
Nevertheless, wait few mins, around 5-10mins, if it will work, then you cant realy solve, I have this problem for few mins after connecting to a server, after that everything gone smooth as it should.

I need it for school, but do know really well that vista is a problem :XD

i would try to activate vsynch on graphiccard+cfg and see if it improves
