Good setup for new pc?

Corsair TWIN2X 5400 DDR2, 2048MB PC5400 Kit w/two matched CM2X1024-5400C4 Dimm's
Gainward GeForce 8600GTS 512MB GDDR3, PCI-Express, 2xDVI/HDCP, 1.0ns

I dont need more than my 350w powersupply, right?
Anything I should add/change?

graphic card sux, take intel, you dont need a motherboard that has crossfire on it. and take PC6400 for your ddr2

and 350W is less, take a 450-500W from Antec or something

I will not take Intel. Why does the gfx card suck? Why dont I need a motherboard that has crossfire on it? And why pc6400 instead of 5300?

gfx card sux, it isnt a good card it has dx10 but it won't be able to run any dx10 game good. crossfire is that you have 2*graphic card. You can save money, buy one without crossfire (look it up, cant explain it properly). If you overclock take pc6400, 5300 is also good i guess
