Fps prob...

last format i gave was about 3/4 months ago. i used to have 125 fps constant.
now i have around 76. (i dont use firewall no antivirus my pc is too cool for it)

suggestions to get more fps? as in antispyware-virus? defregmentation ?

defrag your harddisks and if you have any graphics card drivers update lately , try using an older version

Since when do you have that driver ?

+ If you are overclocking , your system might not get enough power and performance will go downwards

Which one did you have ? Just use the one before you updated to 162.18 (uses more resources)

I have 85 driver or something (came with PC :S)

3 gives slightly more fps or more stable and 0 gives nicer view (more details)

I got it on 3 but it depends on what you are used to/want


I recommend it for maps like radar , sw_goldrush_Te and bremen , known officials where FPS can drop or be unstable

You need to vid_restart then aswell i believe (or even restart ET :S)

Dl my cfg if you want autoexec's for most maps used in competition

You can get some higher FPS with my cfg or :

/exec preset_fastest (or fast if you dont like)

and then vid_restart
