"No emplece a fumar" means please ? didn't find in any translator and don't even know the verbal form

It means what i said, besides it's not "emplece" but empiece.

He's right, its no supposed to be emplece cuz that's not a word in Spanish. According to the rest of the sentence it has to be Empiece, which means start.
