Hi,
I wanna borrow laptop from my friend but he has vista and I wanna some aplications that is running only on XP. So I would like to ask youl, because I am not familiar with Vista, if its possible to install safely XP on them and switch after start to XP or somehow easily. And later uninstall it in such way that my friend will not recognize it?
I heard about some feature in vista to have choice to install another operation system in some user friendly way but as I said I am tru XPer and want to know it 100%.
Hope somebody can help.
Thx

embrace Vista!
and well...
edit: I guess you COULD take the comp, defrag it, make a stupid partition in the hd, install xp onto that (I doubt that xp installer comes with a "good" partition wizard, so find your own) and when you are done, just delete the partion, and resize the main partition to maximum... I wouldn't try this on a friends comp, but in theory, he shouldn't find out
