ET-QW Config

After finally resolving my mouse issue with ETQW, I need a config since the engine caps the game at 30fps if I remember right. Think I've got a decent machine but suggestions are welcome.

Intel Core Duo 2 6320 (1.86GHz, 4MB L2 Cache)
2GB DDR2 (PC 5400)
Radeon X1950 Pro

Monitor can display up to 1440x900 at 75Hz (TFT), if possible, although not sure if the game allows it. Would be nice to have the game windowed as well, like I have for Q3 and ET :P
