Windows XP Processes

My pc is as slow as bumfuck..

I checked my processes and i'm running 51, OMGOAWD =(

what processes should I absolutely keep in order to keep my pc rolling smooth.

PROCESSES CLICKY

EDIT: i dont give one flying fuck how many processes you guys have running , i just want to know what processes I should delete!!!

jsut type the running proceses in google and you will see what google says..

Not at all, and it sucks, but I can't change it =( I have like 300 MB RAM occupied when there's absolutely NO programs running :-/

My ctrl+alt+delete window is fakadap and only show like active programs such as vent, irc, etc.

Can't click anywhere on it, how do i fix? :-X
