Which processes should i definatelly keep (which ones are not needed in other words)

use START > execute > 'services.msc' to kill a lot of useless services and processes
http://www.blackviper.com/WinXP/servicecfg.htm , scroll down and you will find a list of different profiles, I used 'Safe' profile and killed some extra stuff

use START > execute > 'msconfig' to kill some more apps running @boot

also clean out your startup, its at START > All programs > Startup

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/tetragramaton/enditall/EndItAll2.exe is a nice tool to kill apps & processes after you booted, but better try to disable as much shit as possible. Uninstall virusscanner and other firewallcrap, just use firefox + brain

yup, stuff in het rood kan je ook nog afzetten

razerhid is required when you use razermouse. If you disable it you can expect a blue screen of death within minutes.

I've wondered the last few days about something. Why does punkbuster continue to run, even after I have close ET/ET:QW?

Obviously, it's not your responsibility to answer that question, I was just curious.

Because it is meant to run all the times , it only is used when a pb game starts tho

it runs before you even start ET/ET:QW now Pedro, set both to manual start up @ START 'services.msc' but youll still need to end them in task manager after playing ET/ET:QW.

Yea, I know why they run, I was just wondering why they continue to run after the game. No one seems to really know however. :-(
