ET/PC crash

I did a format yesterday and downloaded/installed ET today with the "ultimate ET installer". But, I try to launch the game and connect to a random server but after 10 seconds my PC "crashes", I can't move my mouse anymore, I can't do CTRL+ALT+DEL, I can't do nothing. Any solutions for this wierdo and sucky problemo?!

edit: I open the PnkBstrB file in my pb folder, it opens and after a few seconds it just close again :<
