PayPal sucks

Some time before CDC 3 a guy bought r3vers' config and sent me the money since r3v didn't have Paypal yet. Once r3v got PayPal I just forwarded him the money (a mere 20 dollars).

During CDC 3 I received a mail telling me my PayPal account has been blocked for further use. This means I can't receive nor send money until I 'resolve' one or more problems. Now that I login and check what's wrong I receive the following message.

- Contact information (phone number, email, etc.) for your supplier or suppliers
- Valid photo ID

* Passport
* Driver's License
* National Identity Card

- Recent statement for the Postbank Bank Account xxxxxx1472
- Proof of address for xxxxxxx

* Utility Bill

Please make sure that the documentation you provide is valid and legible. If we do not receive all of the requested documents and information indicated within 7 days, we will be unable to complete the application review process.

Seriously, my utility bill? What the hell is going on here? Am I suspect of some money laundering that warrants them to request that kind of information until they unlock my account? If anybody has previous experience with this kind of crap and knows a way to avoid me disclosing more private details than they already know, please tell me.
