There are many avi's/demos I have seen whereby it shows clean people with crosshair at someones head head behind the wall (yes, I've only seen the SD flag avi)
I honestly see nothing suspicious with it.

If that = ban, what about all those top players .avi that pops up on here that's equally as lol?

but he had it many time's in the same war... everyone got sometimes a suspiouse moment but he got it during the war a couple of times ...
