Enemy Territory PROBLEM

Hei guys!

I've some wierd problem with ET. All is actualy okay except one akward thing... all weaponbank 3 weapons just won't work while aiming on enemy. Thats right while aiming on enemy... the fact is that if im shooting in anything but my opponent everything is fine but if i aim at enemy and try to shot it doesn't work... it has like a 3 sec delay sometimes even more.

So please guys help me if you can!

P.S.:
things i already tried:
- reinstalling (yes uninstalled ET, deleted the ET map and everything in it and installed again)
- playing with usual ET config (reinstalled ET and used the config that et creates itself)
- yes also did few restarts and closing some processes (all those i dont need were closed like always and i dont use anything but ordinary while gaming. only processes that have to be on if i want pc to work)

things done on pc lately:
-uninstalled QW demo
-installed qtracker
