PB shit still exist at me

It's really annoying, I've tried out a bunch of solutions but it seems nothing helps (for more than a day or smth).
As I checked my processes, I realised that almost every procession fly to the sky. (not only PBA & PBB) I haven't blocked windows xp's firewall coz it ruins my PC immediately but this way my firewall and alg.exe takes thousands of KBs of my CPU.

Please, Help.

(Ask more if It's needed)

I know, I know. But I didnt realise any fpsdrop or lower fps, before I formated my C: . After that, I installed my ET again and It gives a fuck all the time.

try this: go to some random server --> ctrl+alt+del --> quit pnkbstrA --> right click ET.exe --> put the priority 1 or 2 step higher ( if it work, you have to do this every time you play ) ... this worked for me.

Tried the same a while ago... Worked slightly better than usually, until someone threw multiple airstrikes down at the same time: ET took the priority over my mouse and keyboard, and both devices stopped working at the same time. :)
