web templates, or something?

does anyone know a tango-style web template or maybe a ftp indexer (example: http://fredd.planet.ee ) or something like that?
i tried google, but didn't find anything. I just really like the tango-icons and the overall style :p

yeye no kidding, i tried that..
1st: too much work finding the 16x16 versions / resizing all of them
2nd: encode only allows .gif, colors fucked

happens, i can't replace logo.png, it still stays the same :-/

use old version, like 3.2
the new 4.0 sucks, i couldn't replace there either. also make sure its 680x170
