if we would all boil our water at the same time will it start raining somewhere else then?

The boiling itself wouldn't make a cloud straight from nowhere but it would probably increase the existing ones.

Also that question demands additional info as: how much water would be boiled per person, if you say "we all" you mean xfire users, all the damn dutchies or all people in the world (that's impossible as some of the africans would die if they boiled their water out so they rather wouldn't agree to help in rainmaking), also much depends on the wind, nearby mountains and rivers.
