i ll buy a new one and i have around 30-40 €

I'm currently using Audio Technica ATH-AD700's, although I've also got Steelsound 3H, 4H, 5H v2 (usb edition as well), Beyerdynamic, Speedlink, Plantronics, and got three pairs of Sennheiser on the way.

If you're stuck on a low budget, get the Steelsound 3H, if not, tell me what kind of budget you've and I'll suggest something for you. Shure have just released another affordable earphone as well, which demands attention!

Edit, didn't notice that you did include a price range. Hmm, Steelsound 3H looks a good option for you.
