I know www.4launch.nl is pretty cheap imo or www.alternate.nl , both in NL though, dunno where you're from

I absolutely have no idea howmuch it would cost or howlong it takes to get your components in Finland...

Maybe you could contact them yourself and ask if they send components to Finland, if so, howlong it takes + the forwarding-charges (posting etc)
