mx518 crashing

2 months old and already crashing, i've verified that it's a problem with the wire on the mouse side, but how do I fix it? anyone got any experience?

Call logitech and tell your mouse is disconnecting all the time

don't have warranty papers anyway. just wanted to know how to fix it myself tbh..

anyways I just put some (alot) tape onto it and it seems fine for now
