What is this now? I wrote ET:QW is dead and I got this message and my post was deleted, am I not allowed to have an opinion about the game? Am I not allowed to think it is dead? If I would wrote "ET:QW sux" now would I also get a warning because of my opinion about the game which I like to read about but still think it's shit?
Will you do the same to the random idiots that write "ET IS DEAD" also from now on? Are we alone in the universe? Has our belowed crossfire become a fascistic censoring community?

I think you should ease down a bit and take care of posts that REALLY deserve to be deleted and users warned.
And I can already see another warning or even ban coming for writing this.

Heh, I already replied to your PM. It's funny that so many users want to squander the admins' time with those kind of posts, rather than letting them write coverage for the games that they take an active interest in.

EDIT: And to the many users that ask me this question: Yes, I warn people who make similar claims about ET just the same. However, I have only recently been made an admin, which is perhaps why you have seen a lot of users make these claims without facing any consequences.

How so? Would you mind pointing out exactly why I need to justify something that has already been addressed in a news post by TosspoT? I have already answered danL's PM regarding this, but to make things clear: As long as the game in question is considered integral to crossfire, I strive to combat such posts, seeing as they are of annoyance to players of the respective games.

1. it was my first LAN
2. i wasnt bad, we played 6 matches (2 won, 4 lost)
3. we were mixxed, no tax and never played together
4. We were place 14/21. You ranked 21/21. Imo u are landisproofed... i am proud of my lanexperience and btw, everytime we played radar i got highest dmg. what did u achieve? Oh right, welcome newbie award... gg

TLR might not have the best teamplay, but their player are playing with brain, m1lk for example. that makes good aimer rly pro.
so 2bad4you, cg_brain 1 doesnt work with kik_aim 1...

I disagree. As TosspoT has already stated, the game is considered integral to the future of crossfire, just like ET and CoD are. News items like the one about the dignitas Qcup are not forums for discussions about whether the game is "dead", nor are they outlets for user based reviews of the game. Crossfire is a gaming community targeting players of the games considered integral to the site, not a site dedicated to game reviews. The content of this site does not exactly revolve around reviews of games, nor does it strive to invite discussions about the quality of games. Rather, the fact that a certain game is being considered integral to the future of the site and is therefore being covered actively by part of the site's staff or user base should mean that the game has already been subject to a certain review process, and has been approved of in some way. Once this is the case, a discussion about the quality of the game should no more be the object of the content of the site, unless such a discussion should revolve around the competitive aspects of the game and contained a certain constructive effort to improve these aspects in some way. Whether you find that a certain game is "dead" or not is irrelevant in such a context as there are obviously still players taking an active interest in the game -- had that not been the case then there would be no continuous posting of information regarding the game, nor would the game be considered integral to the future of the website. As such, posts that express the attitude that a certain game is "dead" can only be considered off-topic or spam, hence why they have no place in the comment sections of news posts and should therefore be deleted regardless of whether they are expressed as statements or personal opinions. Furthermore, as this is a website that targets players of different games, a certain effort must be made in order to ensure the satisfaction of each distinct audience, for which reason posts that serve purely to vex and annoy parts of these audiences ought not to belong on the website.
