No sound + need pc help!

Hey!
Since i rebooted my Pc yesterday, i dont have a "tasklist?!" ( in german its Taskleiste)
anymore.
No buttons with Start etc.
Also i dont have sound anymore!
in teamspeak im set as "headset off" immediatlly as soon as i connect.
Cant listen to music and stuff.
I already tried to deinstall the sound driver in the safe boot modus.
well, not working, pc is lagging around then.
Need ur help <3 thx

Um and maybe try formatting
Otherwise don't hesitate and reinstall windows, since it doesn't take that much time. There are just so many things that can cause this.
