anti spyware prog

I need a good anti spyware program because at the moment I have this message:

System errors found
Some system files are corrupted.It can slowdows and freezes operation systeem.Your system can crash and reboot.Files are crased or damaged due to crahes.
CLICK THIS BALLOON TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

even hitman pro didn't get rid off the damn thing...
any other suggestions?

get Mcafee Firewall: Internet Security, it finds everything u want to find ;)
