screen problem

Today when i was gonna turn my computer on,
First it diden't wanna start, then suddenly it did thank god, but in game i can suprilysly get
BLACK SCREEN it goes black on one side and it shows targets on the other side it goes like half screen but still it change my solution on the screen and everything, I dont know how to tell it but. this is the best way i could do,.

That is actually not a FLAME. its more like a first i think its wrong by him to be such a fag, then its ok i was wrong and i apologized ;/
