when i play

I notice when i play with ventrilo on i have around the 50 ping.. and without ventrilo still 50.. but with ventrilo it gives really laggy moments.. without ventrilo ET runs "smoothly".
Also the difference between pub and war is big... in pub it is also much smoother then at war.. it can be because of the ventrilo ofc.. has this something to do with my internet ? is it not fast enough or smtgh ? pls help me

i got a norton account for 30 days left.. is it a goeod program ? or what is a good program to search for spyware ?

Lololol I remembered 2 years ago i had norton and scanned , it found 7 virusses and couldnt remove a single one

Bought Pande Anti-Virus Titanium 2005

Scanned , found 700 virusses FASTER than norton and was able to remove them ALL

And it uses less memory and CPU in background

Norton may have evolved but is highly overrated

Mcafee and stuff is way better

NOD32 is also good :)

norton antivirus= 90% cpu usage and it always find nothing ;) nod32 or avast ;)

I had norton ( i still have, but i'm not using it) like 1.5 years..it was good enough if you knew how to use it ;) the only problem was like NickV and spongino said, it uses so much your ram :< Now i use 2 free program: sygate personal firewall ( firewall ) and Avg antivirus 7.5 ( for antivirus ) , those are quite good ( less memory using etc..) .. but for spywares you should use some other programs like: ad aware and spybot ( just google them, and you can easily use them ).. hmm, and for other shit things in your comp, you should use ccleaner, it removes shit like: cookies etc..you can google it also..its very simple to use :)

Speeds ?

Slow memory can cause more trouble than not having enough memory

Check your disks for activities like MSN and stuff or some activities you dont want

Also check for virusses and spyware and stuff

I use www.hitmanpro.nl

Rly great programm , it downloads other programms and runs them and cleans your PC

Both anti vir and anti spyware

So tries it! :D

E: Hard Drive should be ok , if not dl some defraggers

Jkdefrag and SmartDefrag are both free and powerfull :)
