w3 help plz

hello guys, i have installed w3+FT like year ago (that mean old patches etc), like month ago, i have reinstalled windows, so i still have w3 on disk but they are not in registers and i need to patch them :< any idea how to add it to the registers? dont have time for google it and 2lazy2download w3 :<
i can spend like 2 cookies for people who will help me ;P
