new internet (dutch)

Hello guys,

Im thinking about buying new internet.
At the moment I have KPN, adsl.

These are the results of my speedtest:


As you can see it's not that fast though it's good enough for gaming.
But since gaming isn't the only thing I'm doing with internet, I need (much) faster internet.
I'm dling alot of movies and it takes me more then 4 hours now.

So im thinking about buying internet which is atleast 12 mb.
What is the best 1 to buy?

Things I want:
-fast Download speed
-Nice upload speed
-good ping @ gaming
-cheap price
-Free calling (for my parents, though it's not a must for the whole day, Only the night is also good)

Things I doesn't want:
-for a long period no internet.
