call of duty 2 GOTY

is there any diffrence at all between cod2 and cod2 GOTY or is it just indicating that it's got a game of the year award or whatever?
i mean, all i want is the cd-key so will the cd-key work online?

no, i would say it was exactly the same.

GOTY prompts people to buy it imo, as it is cheaper normally too.

EG! i got mine for £20 around a year ago, 2 months later i spotted this

it's 30£ in estonia
also that link sells it for 13£ total (carriage like 6£)so you didn't lose that much :)

for example in SWAT3 GOTY was added 2 more multiplayer map and some feature compared to SWAT3 normal... in COD2 i dont think there will be any change

GOTY is basically normal CoD2 + a patch =)

Nothing you can't download etc
