Vent problemo

After a few minutes on being in a channel on old or new vent I have to rejoin the channel because my mic feels like its on 80 sensitivity and I have it hit it to get it to turn on.. but when I rejoin it works normally again..

Anyone know how to fix this? or why it hAppens?
