virtual op system?

there is any solution to run games (Warhammer: Dark Omen) what needs older op sys (win95/98) without installing the OS itself?

i heard something about vitrual PC things, but actually i donno anything about it.
Plz help meh!

dunno how to tell you in english but if some1 would be kind to translate it it would be nice :
rechtermuisknop -> eigenschappen -> compaliteit -> compaliteitsmodus

right mouse button, properties, compatibility, compatibility modus

also be sure to turn visual themes off
run in administrator if using vista

virtual pc is a kind of program used to create a "virtual pc" using certain amounts of your own hardware, but its virtual so it can crash without destroying your own computer

this is also used to start windows 95 when you have xp for example

i have home premium and the microsoft version of virtual pc won't work on that so i dont have any real experience, too bad
although i heard there are some alternatives

yeah i used VMware to make a windows 2k install on same machine. Im sure that all he needs for those games though is to run in compatability mode!
