pc sets make me sad
RAM is pretty low I think.
And you should check if something is using up your processor..
Ram is bottleneck, also I would try cooling your PC better - try having the door to the box open while playing and keep it cooler (place a big fan next to it or play with your window open) or buy a new CPU vent :)

Bottleneck: RAM
Unstable over time: CPU or GPU most likly getting warm
Ok, so buying more ram is definitely an option..

I already thought about buying a new case (i saw a CM centurion 5 for only 30 euros, they appear to have n1 cooling and have a nice airflow throughout the entire case : back / side / front), or do you think buying some extra fans will do the job?

Depends, hard to say what the problem is - but would start by playing with open case and window open and see if it works. If it dosnt help a part of the case and/or chip cooling might be broken.
Parent
Already tried that, did help.. a bit.. didnt make a huge difference tho
Parent
would then try to go in bios and download a program to monitor your GPU and CPU temps :) + maybe get some fans.

its the punkbuster imo
I think its punkbuster. My pc recently started doing this and its only 2months old. 37 Degrees so it isnt overheating.
