Where can i find some info about CB /ESL rules concerning players with old bans ... ?
Actually I organized a fun cup ( never did it before ) ..
the question is :
some guys have 3 months old giud , & they surely played ET before ,others had red signs @ yawn which appeared about 6 months ago or later...not sure which of them should be allowed ...so I would like to use CB rules here.
Maybe some cup admin could help me here \ give me a link

It' sad, but Russian community is not that big so if I’ll kick all busted players \teams with those guys - I‘ll have 4 teams left :)
So I kindly advise U to gtfo
