how stupid, i mean the tree should have got the jail time, not the driver ;/
i disagree...i think its all the cars fault! stupid car should have refusedto start with a drunk teenager inside it ;/
but drink driving is cool, the car wouldnt wanna be responsible for not letting the guy be cool would it ?
sober driving > stoned driving > drunk driving (im a good guy ^^)
i dont drive so i can just get cained or drunk and it doesnt effect me :DD
then you better watch out ;) the 17 yr old boy wasnt driving either and HE got killed :P
