FM Transmitter?

hiho

now i googled over 1 hour to find a fitting fm transmitter according to my idea. but it seems like these products aren't provided in germany.

so this is what i need:
- fm transmitter
- power by usb to plug in @ laptop (+ software)
- range 30 meters to hear my playlist in bath

but it transmits just to a vivanco receiver :/

no usb connection

transmitter with more than 50nW are forbidden in germany... NANO-watt... 10^(-9) omfg...

plz non-germans can you find this tranmitter? link plz!
or do you know a guid to build it myself like mac gyver? (ebook)
