QW multicore FPS boost

r_useThreadedRenderer [0,1,2 ] -
QuoteAdded as of the 1.2 Patch, this option allows you to enable multithreading if you have a dual or multi-core CPU, and this can improve the performance of ET:QW. By default it's disabled (set to 0), but you can set it to either 1 or 2, with a value of 1 locking the renderer to your in-game frames, while 2 allows it to run unlocked. The developers recommend a value of 2 for this variable if you wish to enable it. Note that you must enable it either by inserting it in your autoexec.cfg file, or by entering it in the console prior to the start of a game; it can't be changed during a game.

r_useThreadedRenderer is a new command from patch 1.2. It increased your game fps for multicore systems.

Default it is set to '0' which means singlecore cpu. You can set it to [0,1,2]

First I tried '1' and I lost like 20 fps. '2' gave me another 40 fps more than I had with default.

0 = 111.5
1 = 71.9
2 = 72.8

I guess there`s only an improvement on Nvidia cards atm. They have the option to set "threaded optimization" in the driver control panel. For ATI owners like hellknight and me this option is missing 7:
"threaded optimization" , i have to put this in "auto" or "on" ?
