flash video to avi :(

Hey.

Im doing our clans fragmovie and I made my productions video with macromedia 8. How I can convert .mov file to avi?

I have tried several programs already.

Have u got tip for me?

Im not sure, but i think that vegas/after effects can use .mov files. Just make a new project, import the .mov and render as avi i think..
