Now that I got your attention:
Saul Williams recently his new album 'The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of NiggyTardust!' produced by Trent Reznor (NIN) aka the-guy-who-used-oink-and-said-it-was-the-world's-greatest-record-store.
You might've heard about Radiohead's new album and the way anyone can decide how much they want to pay for it. They did something similar: the album is available for free (192kbps mp3), but if you want to have it in a higher quality (320kbps mp3, flac) you need to pay 5$ for it.

Loller what a retarted idea - if I just wanna hear the music and let myself know if it's worth buying a cd i download mp3 and i don't mind the quality as mp3 is always shit, but when i want to pay for the quality i wont make it like 5$ to get a little less shitty shit than the one i could get for free - i prefer to pay more for a CD with real quality
still I prefer original CDs
