Omega 3, Gainer, Kreatin, "Vitamin Active", Soldarin. C-vitamin pills must be for retards, drink half a glass of juice and you're done with that for the day.
Because its supposed to help you when you dont eat food that contains the vitamins you need. C-vitamin is very easy to get and thus shouldnt be something you spend more money on than you really need.
You gonna need some links to convince me. Wikipedia states some of the higher recommendations but I suspect that the Vitamin C-foundation might be a bit biased.
Alternative recommendations on intakes
Some independent researchers have calculated the amount needed for an adult human to achieve similar blood serum levels as vitamin C synthesising mammals as follows:
400 milligrams per day: the Linus Pauling Institute.
500 milligrams per 12 hours: Professor Roc Ordman, from research into biological free radicals.
3,000 milligrams per day (or up to 300,000 mg during illness): the Vitamin C Foundation.
6,000–12,000 milligrams per day: Thomas E. Levy, Colorado Integrative Medical Centre.
6,000–18,000 milligrams per day: Linus Pauling's personal use.
i take 1000 mg of vitamin c every day of my life, and have done so since i was 16, and ive not had a cold on like 10 years. i take multivitamins and creatine + high protein shakes just now as im loading up to get some winter workouts in.
1 day i just train only 1 "muscle group".
I LUV MANDARINES!!!!!
Shame that the good ones are only avi in winter.
That would be the end of my life tbh.
