Call of Duty forum is free to use, and Crossfire has one recruitment board where you can find players for any game you want.

btw any has anyone announced comp maps, since every is searching wars dunno which map to learn

Just play the maps which your team likes most, its hard to judge which maps are good for competition seeing the game is so young.
