Partitions

I got 1 hard-disk in my pc
I seperated it in 2 partitions

-C
-F (data disk, storing backup files etc)

Now I noticed i dont have enough space on my F disk and would like to transfer some from my C partition.

I tried it with norton partition magic, but it wouldnt work

does it matter?

getting back to the topic: you can do it. You should have done it in paritition magic, though you can try Acronis aswell.
Parent
Thnx, tried it again with Acronis, did the job.

Yeah it matters, any split/merging program can handle fat32.
Parent
fat32 is a file system format, not a format of hdd and completely independent of it.
