i have 6400 + 2gig ram, but a sucky (7600gs) videocard, so i guess that matters alot
its 40 fps on low

Works on XP x64 as far as I know. Only Vista that has problems :(

well i downloaded it, installed it, and it just doesnt boot up at all, just keep getting error messages :<

Same here, but the nuke info first said that it didn't work on certain systems, then they changed to only Vista x64 specifically, and i read comments of people who tried it on XP x64 who made it work... Too bad though, I had hoped to be playing Crysis while waiting for some dvd's to burn Assassin's Creed on :(
