Keys hanging?

every now and then it seems like my keys are hanging, like when i release the button, it will still be activated. anyone know what this could be?

edit: to clearify, it never happened before untill i reinstalled windows

maybe time for a new keyboard or just clean it and otherwise warm in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
